For ONE person = 1 large Glass = 300 ml
1. Five leaves of Spinach
2. 2 1/2 leaves of Kale. OR Ambat chuka bhaji (Indian
stores) - khatta bhaji)
3. Ten Leaves of Mint
4. 8-10 leaves of curry patta (curry leaves or sweet Neem
leaves, found in Indian stores)
5. 1 betel leaf (khaneka paan from Indian stores)
6. 1/4 tsp rock salt (sindhav namak)
7. 1/4 tsp black salt
8. 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder (jeera powder)
9. 1/4 tsp Moringa powder (drumstick tree leaf - oleifera -
Sahjan)
10. Juice of half-lemon
Churn in a mixer machine for two minutes.
Pour in a large glass (or a mug). Add water to make 300 ml.
When to drink? Drink within 30 minutes after you wake up
every morning before breakfast. [OR at 5 pm].
